1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Oji mobile application and related services (the “Service”) provided by Ojiapp Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. (“Oji”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by:

1. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”);

2. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference; and

3. Any additional guidelines, policies, or rules that may be published from time to time (collectively, the “Policies”).

If you do not agree to any of the above, you must not access or use the Service.
 

The Service includes all current and future features, applications, AI agents, and functionalities offered by Oji.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.

Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.
 

2. Description of Service

Oji provides AI-powered generative agents designed for Indian users to assist with educational, professional, informational, financial, legal, medical, and personal development use cases.

The Service generates AI-based responses. These responses are automated and may not always be accurate or complete.
 

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that such consent has been obtained.

Users under 13 are not permitted to use the Service.
 

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to access the Service.

Login methods may include:

• Google login

• Phone OTP

• WhatsApp OTP

• Facebook login

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
 

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

5.1 Freemium Model

Oji offers both free and paid subscription plans.

Paid subscriptions may include weekly, monthly, or yearly plans.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

5.3 Google Play Billing

All payments are processed through Google Play.

By purchasing a subscription:

• You agree to Google Play’s payment terms.

• Subscription management and cancellation must be done through the Google Play Store.

• Refunds are governed by Google Play’s refund policies.

Oji does not directly control Google Play refunds.

5.4 Promotional Pricing

We may offer introductory pricing (including ₹1 offers). We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
 

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service provides AI-generated responses.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

• The Service does not guarantee correctness.

• You rely on outputs at your own risk.
   

7. No Professional Advice

Oji may generate content relating to:

• Medical matters

• Legal matters

• Financial matters

• Career guidance

• Emotional or mental health topics

Oji is not a licensed medical provider, law firm, financial advisor, therapist, or professional service provider.

The Service does not create:

• A doctor-patient relationship

• An attorney-client relationship

• A fiduciary relationship

• A therapist-client relationship

All content is for informational purposes only.

You must consult a qualified licensed professional before making medical, legal, financial, or health-related decisions.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or mental health crisis, contact local emergency services immediately.
 

8. User Content & Ownership

8.1 User Inputs

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service.

8.2 License to Oji

You grant Oji a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Process your content to operate the Service

• Improve and develop our models and systems

• Ensure safety and compliance

• Comply with legal obligations

8.3 AI Outputs

To the extent permitted by law, you own the outputs generated for you.

You may use outputs commercially.

However, you may not:

• Resell access to the Service

• Use outputs to train competing AI models

• Scrape or automate extraction of outputs

• Reverse engineer the Service
   

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law

• Submit illegal or harmful content

• Engage in hate speech or harassment

• Attempt to reverse engineer the Service

• Scrape or automate usage

• Use the Service to build competing AI systems

• Abuse or overload the infrastructure

We may suspend accounts for violations.
 

10. Data Storage & Improvement

We store chat conversations.

We may use stored data to:

• Improve product quality

• Enhance AI performance

• Ensure safety and compliance

Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.
 

11. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service, including software, branding, design, and infrastructure, belong to Ojiapp Intelligence Pvt. Ltd.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Service without permission.
 

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Account deletion requests may be made by contacting support@ojiapp.in.
 

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Oji shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages

• Consequential damages

• Loss of profits

• Loss arising from reliance on AI outputs

Total liability shall not exceed:

• The total amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months, or

• ₹1,000 if you are a free user.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
 

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oji from claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service

• Violation of these Terms

• Violation of applicable law
   

15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with applicable law.

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
 

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
